We went to Wrightsville Beach this last weekend in Wilmington NC it was such a BLAST! We couldn't believe it, only 2 hours away! We've never lived that close to the ocean and I have never had sand in my car so it was a fun weekend. The sand was really soft and FULL of seashells and tiny pieces of seashells! We camped at a KOA nearby and even managed to find a wood palate behing a grocery store to make smores over a fire with, even though it was blazing hot outside!

So fun! I am so jealous that you have the beach so close to your home!!! When we come next year we will have to go for sure!
